Our technicians offer in-home repair and installation of all makes of appliances. You can also drop the unit off at our repair facility conveniently located 11 minutes North of the Qualicum Beach town center, just off highway 19A. 
    We have appliance parts for the DIY'ers, and if we dont have it in stock, we'll order it in for you.

I have been asked many times over the years why I 'give-away' so much information to my clients, or 'why did you tell him how to fix his machine over the phone and not at the house where you could have charged for it'? Well to put it quite simply, because I believe that a customer who has respect for you and the job that you do is a happy customer and a happy customer is a repeat customer. Period.
